Please read our terms and conditions very carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us either via our website(fragranceplusltd.com), face to face or via a phone call, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Using Our Website
Stock and Prices
We have taken great care to ensure that the website is updated as often as possible. Products/shades/and prices are subject to change at any time. However, we will endeavour to inform you prior to dispatch of any price changes. All prices shown are in Pound Sterling (GBP). The current rate of VAT is to be applied on all products, subject to normal international exemption rules.
Discounts and Coupons
Discounts and coupons are not applicable to promotional products, sale or clearance items. In addition, some brands and bulk stock at preferential prices are exempt from discounts based on order value.
Minimum Spend and Delivery
We have no minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. Delivery can be arranged to any other address other than the billing address.
Payments are accepted by bank transfers, cheques or cash. Payment Terms are 30 Days from date of invoice, unless pre-arranged with your Sales Representative. £60 will be automatically applied to Invoices later than 14 Days of Due Date. All titles of stock belong to Fragrance Plus Ltd until payment has been made in full. Should there be an overpayment as a result of your own error, we (Fragrance Plus Ltd) cannot issue refunds. However, we will give you stock of the same value.
Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Fragrance Plus Ltd accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
Testers are provided for all Fragrances. A minimum of 6 units needs to be ordered for that range to qualify for a free tester. Should you run out of testers, empty bottle needs to be returned to us for replacements. Testers can be brand new packaged or used unpacked bottles. In the end of Testers being stolen from your retail unit, it is your responsibility to replace this.
Your order will be sent to the address you have provided us with. Should there be a change of address, you must notify us immediately. We will try our utmost best to send your order out at the earliest time possible, however, when we experience high volume of orders, this will not be the case. However, we will inform you if your order is subject to any appreciable delay.
Damages / Returns
Should any items received be damaged in transit or you have any order discrepancies, you have 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us via email at email@example.com. After this we reserve the right to not issue a refund. All items purchased are non-refundable. We, as a business, do not accept the term of items bought on a “sale or return basis”. Any items to be returned must only be returned once you have informed us of doing so. Any items that are returned must be done so in their original packaging and must be sent to us in fine condition. If not, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. However, should you not be satisfied with any goods you have received, please let us know so that we can find a suitable solution.
Should you wish to cancel/ edit or remove any items from your order after it has been sent to us, you must contact us immediately (before goods have been dispatched).
